It is obvious in the video that the other player was trying to provoke me into insulting him and he insulted me back after I insulted him, and also he was laughing and not mad at all while doing that, and after he heard me insult him in a way he knows will get me banned, he laughed and said thanks and recorded the clip and reported me. I know what I did was wrong but I believe that provoking insults is wrong too and should not be tolerated, and in the least if I'm deemed to be ultimately deserving of a penalty, I think it should be a warning first.

well u should not insult using OOC insult or parents mentioned, thats your fault that u have made it
