Hey dear administrator,
Today i was arresting this guy and during the arrest he did a lot of rule breaks.
1 - Mixing: As you can see he is talking IC thing in OOC, and talking about OOC things during active rp situation you can see it in Chat.
2 - Bug Abuse: you can see after i took him out of vehicle he started walking away and climd the ladder.
3 - Stealing from ORG: he was in FIB yesterday, and now he is not in FIB still have FIB vest which i believe he didnt returned to warhouse after the term got disband.
4 - Violation of Gz 1.1: After the assistant officer uncuffed him he killed us in unscripted Gz.
5 - Violation of Gr 6.2: He refused to show passport, instead of showing passport to continue the RP he shooted us.
