Good afternoon, as far as I know, when the police officer tow our vehicle, he should provide the vehicle photo with the violation on this page(check printscreen), if not they should refound the penalty fee (Article 8. Towing and Impound Fees. 8.3 All vehicles towed are to be photographed by the Law Enforcement officer.
Note: Failure to provide a photo of the parking violation results in reimbursement of
double the impound fee to be paid by the organization to the owner of the vehicle.
E.g. the vehicle is towed with an impound fee of $15.000, the organization would have to
reimburse $30.000 to the owner.)
I would like to know if this rule applies on my situation. Thank you for consideration.
