I was muted because music was playing in public voice chat. I understand that it may have disturbed other players and I apologize for that. It was not my intention to break any rules or create problems for anyone. I kindly request the you to please review my case and consider reducing or removing the mute. also 300 mins mute means 5 hours is too long sir i will never do such thing.
