Lincoln Apex was born in Georgia, Tbilisi.
his life career started at 18 when he joined the army and he easily gained attention, because of his motivation, strength and love of weapons. the army life seemed his best decision, but when he turned 22, he had to go to a war and he saw a lot of hell he never talks about to anyone. when Lincoln returned from the war, he had an overwhelming PTSD issues. he was struggling to survive, but his past experience and his mental power didn't let him down. he had to get a job, but nobody wanted a war veteran.
Lincoln spoke with his old friend who offered him a job at the local police. even if Lincoln didn't really like the police, he had to accept the job. he got a job in SWAT special forces and he showed his amazing skills which led him to further promotions.
Lincoln stayed in the SWAT special forces.

Lincoln Apex, a SWAT member, war veteran, if a person didn't know much about Lincoln, it could easily scare off anyone, but who knew LIncoln close, everyone knew that Lincoln is a kind person and his traumatic army, war or police life didn't change him much.
Lincoln's life became simple and boring for him : job, adrenaline rush, home. Lincoln wanted something more, he wasn't getting paid big enough in the police for risking his life and his daily routine was becoming boring.
Lincoln decided to go to a conflict zone in an European city as a mercenary. he did great, he fought the war like a lion, again, but his PTSD hit him hard again and he had to take a break.
Lincoln was laying injured in a hospital, thinking about the future plans when one of his mercenary friend from the USA came in the ward with Lincoln and offered him to work in FIB special forces. Lincoln told him he wanted to get paid good for this, his friend said : "you may not get paid big by the FIB, but you can make money yourself, if you know what I mean" ... Lincoln easily realized he meant corruption, he accepted. now Lincoln lives in the USA, Los Santos and works in FIB, he already made a lot of friends and experience.
Outcomes :
1. Lincoln can let his friends escape or let them go if he is paid 100K max
2. Lincoln can torture his 10-15's and force them to get paid $100K max or up to $100k equivalent weapons/items
3. Lincoln can try x2 times only and break bodycams if found - try searches for working bodycam, do destroy (if found)
4. Lincoln can be toxic and cynical to his 10-15s, put a headbag on them and torture (nothing related to ooc, only following server rules)
5. Lincoln can kill his 10-15 if his identification is at risk. (not RDM, nothing that violates server rules. only "make it look like an accident" ICly)
6. Lincoln can take bribes $100K max or up to $100K items/weapons
7. Lincoln can hide all his identification, lie to his 10-15's about calling a lawyer (he can hide is ID to anyone or refuse to show)
8. Lincoln can change his voice with his nature and hide his identity from anyone. noone can identify him with his voice (using my real voice changing skills without using any program/software)
9 . Lincoln can offer 10-15's freedom in exchange of weapons/items if Lincoln finds up to $100K MAX items/weapons in their inventory
10. Lincoln can add someone into wanted list and arrest if he severely dislikes the person (real RP reasons, using LEO penal code guide for arresting charges)
