Sir, we're stealing cars. The guy came, I waited beside him. I read the rules of GR 6.15 and did RP as instructed. I gave him a leave like in the example, counted to 5, and since he was still waiting, I had to shoot him. But you said he was just running. He waited after those 5 seconds.
