Dear admin, I logged into my account today and was surprised to find I received an IP ban, and I don't know why. I live in Egypt, and our server Portal is blocked because of the Roblox game, which is why I'm using a VPN (Planet VPN or 1.1.1). I don't know if this is the reason for the ban, but I haven't used any cheating or malicious software. If you wish, you can scan my computer yourselves. I would appreciate it if you could tell me the reason for the ban and what is meant by cheating. Thank you for your understanding, and I await your response.
