Ivan Blackk was born and raised in Los Santos, a city that never gave anything for free. From a young age Ivan watched the streets shape the people around him some crumbled, some turned crooked, and a rare few learned to use the chaos to their advantage. Ivan became the third kind. Despite growing up in the rougher districts, Ivan was sharp. He had a natural instinct for reading people who was lying, who was scared, who was dangerous. He spent his teenage years fighting off older kids who tested him, which hardened his body and sharpened his reflexes into something close to a weapon. By 17, Ivan had already developed a reputation in his block - not as a criminal, but as someone who could handle himself and didn't back down. He had seen what corruption looked like from the outside all his life, police who looked the other away, officials who pocketed money, systems that were supposed to protect people but bent for the right place. Career Story:
The turning point wasn't a death. It was a sentence. And power belonged to whoever was standing on the right side of the bench. He applied to join the LSPD Academy withing the month. His record was spotless, years of operating carefully in the background had left no trace, no charges, nothing. He walked in clean and trained harder than anyone expected. He graduated near the top of his class and transferred almost immediately to the Federal Investigation Bureau.
Outcomes:
1. Ivan can add or remove individuals from the wanted list based on personal motivations — protecting allies by clearing their name, or targeting enemies with fabricated warrants. (With RP reason.)
2. Ivan can take bribe and illegal items from his 10-15. (Bribe unto 100k)
3. Ivan can release friends, family, or associates from custody or detention, and can actively aid them in evading arrest or escaping confinement — including through the darknet for jail breaks. (No MG)
