2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be the leader of NG to serve the nation and reduce the crime and provide better supply to the Organization while ensuring a better Secure Country as my Father Also server in Army so i want to continue his legacy and make a better Nation.
2.2 By maintaining good relations with other organizations, I will make sure to conduct joint operations in order to promote immersive roleplaying scenarios!
To fulfill my dream and get NG as one of the top-tier immersive role-playing organizations, I have plans to potentially collaborate with Life Invader to hold public events (Like Air Shows, Car shows, Military marches, and many more!
2.3 If i got the opportunity to lead the National Guard I will ensure that the activity has all time high but also the comrades are treated efficiently and the standards of the RolePlay are one of the best the city has ever seen. Along with this the one thing that is always paid attention to is the fact that bias and favoritism will never be practiced or promoted, not under my watch.
3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 Firstly No Favouritism will be happened. [ Treating everyone equally ]
3.2 Makes sure that North and south gates will be covered.
3.3 I will be maintaining Good realation ships with every organisations by attending the situations , For citizens we will be conducting some good events.
3.4 I will increase the bonuses to the Highly Active members in the organisation.
3.5 My Organisation members will be trained from Trainee to Super Confident Member. [ Its a promise and that's why no easy ranks will be given ]
3.6 I will be bringing some good changes in the training and giving good knowledge regularly to the Officers.
3.7 I will try to boost the max activity to the events and as well as to any situation.
