Bobby Jinx grew up in Little Rancho, a rough neighborhood in South Los Santos, where he learned the harsh realities of gang life early on. He started as a small-time hustler, earning a reputation for being fearless and unpredictable. After joining a gang called Triaden, Bobby's quick rise to power caused friction, leading to a violent confrontation with the leader. Bobby overthrew Triaden and rebranded it as Locogang, reflecting his brutal leadership style. Under his rule, Locogang rapidly expanded its influence, turning from a small-time crew into a powerful criminal family, controlling various illegal enterprises across the city. In the gritty streets of Los Santos, there are gangs that rule with iron fists, and then there was Locogang. Known for their wild, unpredictable behavior and brutal enforcement tactics, they controlled a large swath of the city’s underground. At the heart of Locogang was their leader, Bobby Jinx, a man feared as much for his explosive temper as his cunning business acumen, as well as his right hands, the Ballermanns, who were always loyal since the beginning. Locogang had its hands in everything from drug trafficking to street racing and illegal weapons deals. Their territory spanned across South Los Santos, and their influence extended into the hills, where they catered to the city's elite with high-end drug deliveries. But then, after quite some time of dominance in the cruel streets of Los Santos, something unexpected happened. The Ballermann family had to leave Bobby and return home due to some family issues in their hometown of which they had to take care of. Bobby understood the importance it had for his friends so he let them go. Bobby got left almost alone, only a few loyal members stayed with him. The Family had lost most of the influence it had before to other criminal organizations rsing from the dark to take Locogang's spot in the underworld of Los Santos. Present time, almost 2 years later, the Ballermann family contacted Bobby and returned to Los Santos after having resolved the issues in their hometown. With newly established connections over the past 2 years, Locogang now returned stronger than ever and ready to take the city of Los Santos back and make it their own once again.
