Hello respected server administration,

My name is Kareem
Elshazly and my Account ID is 276235 on server EN1.

I received a one-week ban because of a situation that happened, and I would like to explain what happened. I was trying to steal a car, and the car was parked inside the Green Zone. I pushed the car a little toward the Red Zone so I could steal it. Honestly, I did not know that this action was against the server rules. If I had known that it was not allowed, I would never have done it.

I truly enjoy playing on your server and I really appreciate the effort you put into managing and developing it. In fact, I bought and downloaded GTA V specifically to play on your server.

I sincerely apologize for this mistake and any inconvenience it may have caused. I kindly ask you to please review my case and consider removing the ban from my account. I promise that I will carefully read all the server rules and make sure that this mistake will not happen again.
