As You Can See In The Given POV I Was Just Standing Infront Of Our Gang HQ And Suddenly This Guy ID 234732 Started Doing VDM And Then ID 237659 Also Stated Doing VDM Multiple Time With Intentionally Also This Two Guys Are In Our HQ Without Any Reason. As Per GH 1.3 Says On the HQ of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason(e.g. Raid, talk to deputies/leader) for all organisations.
