Dear Lebron,
I would like to submit another complaint regarding my ban and the statement from the Chief Admin that I supposedly “cleaned” my PC. This is not true, and I would like to explain my situation again.
During the PC check, no cheats or unauthorized programs were found on my computer. The ban was given because some of my answers during the conversation were seen as contradictory or illogical.
I want to mention that the PC check was a new and stressful situation for me. I was asked many questions in a short time, including questions about my GTA and FiveM play history. Because of that, I was not always able to give exact answers right away. Some of my answers may have sounded unsure or inconsistent because I was trying to remember things at that moment.
I also had problems with Spotify recently and reinstalled the program several times. This seemed suspicious during the check, but Spotify is just a normal program and I only reinstalled it to fix technical problems. I did not try to hide or remove anything.
Because of this, I find it unfair to receive a permanent ban when no cheats or illegal programs were found on my PC, and the decision was mainly based on how my answers were understood during the check.
I kindly ask for my case to be reviewed again. I believe I do not deserve a cheating ban because there was no cheating software on my PC.
