We came here as a family to gather. We were just standing around, looking at houses, exploring the area, when three individuals here started shooting at me and each other. I have no involvement in the incident and did not violate any rules. The person with ID 536000 performed an inappropriate animation in front of my friend and, as recorded, fired multiple times. They disturbed people in the city, shooting at me and my friend in public, and I am filing a complaint about this. They injured their friend and, as recorded, used a weapon to lift/heal their friend. They violated the Powergaming rule. There was RDM and Powergaming, which is a violation of GR6.9. Additionally, the person with ID 536693 only committed RDM. Please assist me, thank you.

Note: The incident started at 20:30, and RDM continued afterward.
