Hello Sir / Mam
As per my POV Attached I am trying to get license plate and insurance for my car at SAHP HQ, After checking the license plate price is very high I have informed officer I will go to City get the required license plate. Meanwhile when I came outside of SAHP HQ at 20:34 they car rammed and 54248 id directly blocked my engine without proper demand. Also they haven't gave me demand and started shooting in middle of the Paleto Bay near bank.
Note : As per my knowledge I think, to rob a car they need to follow the proper demands and when killing too as per Grand RP Rules.
