I would like Mazhor/Lebron to review this appeal with the help of a highly specialised PC-Check admin.
In the following text, I will provide all proof for Ognjen Xalkiaz (27712) cheating, abusing his position while he was an admin, and getting protected by his friends PC-Checkers in order to continue to play and cheat on every event he plays (RS1 and maybe EN3 sometimes).
Starting from the beggining, Ognjen played legitimately up until July of 2025. When he uploaded this montage:
From that point forward in 99% of his clips/kills uploaded ANYWHERE, you can see clear silent aim (especially when spraying with ar) since the bullets shot around the target still hit it. Aswell as trigger bot, as I will provide more evidence, every single turf pov of his, used trigger bot. (Easily noticeable due to human reaction speed not being possibly fast enough for him to be hitting those shots).
For context, he was a well respected admin on the RS server, 2 times, taking breaks to cheat in between. He got good connections in that time that helped him to this day.
He passed PC-Check I don't know how many times, but I know that he uses the 2 USB Cheat Bypass method in order to hide his cheat. Essentially, he has 2 usbs, both of them are named "windows 11 installation", after admin teleport for pcc, he unplugs one that has the cheat injected, then plugs the one that actually has the windows 11 installation media. This is also checkable but admins are either corrupted or not trained well enough to notice this.
Proof of his trigger/wallhack/silent/aimlock can be seen in all of his montages by a well trained eye, tho he was never punished for anything since it counts as edited pov. Here Im going to provide clips from his Pov Requests, and also his montages, so you can get a full picture of his cheating gameplay.
1st obvious pov (from one of his pov reqs): Watch povreq - Ogisha (1080p, h264, youtube) | Streamable
In the pov, all the shots that hit the enemy, were using triggerbot, but the one shot that proves it, is the headshot at the 7th second of the pov. Fastest human reaction speed ever recorded is 91ms, while professional gamers usually fall below 150ms.
Conclusion: IT IS NOT PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE FOR A HUMAN TO REACT THIS QUICKLY.
Of course we can assume this is luck, prediction, but like most of his POVs, when slowing them down you can see the hit happened at the first frame of the enemy entering Ognjen's crosshair, which confirms obvious triggerbot.
2nd obvious pov: Watch Desktop 2026.03.10 - 23.58.36.04 - Trim | Streamable
In the POV, enemy is visible for 5 frames before getting hit by Ognjen. 5x16.7 = 83.3ms. Which is still faster than the fastest reaction speed of video gamers. Simply impossible for him to be hitting these shots + as you can see in the pov the ID of the enemy wasn't visible, he just run out suddenly behind a wall, but looks like Ognjen's triggerbot doesn't miss that...
3rd ovious pov: Watch Desktop 2026.03.10 - 23.59.26.05 - Trim | Streamable
First hit on the enemy is the same as in the 2nd pov. He run out of a corner behind a wall and got hit instantly. This time it was 6 frames. Still close to impossible for humans. Then second hit on the enemy, a few more frames, but still an unexpected hit. And I want to draw attention to all of these shots/hits whatever you want to call them, being shot (bullet fired) at the EXACT moment the first pixel of the enemy enters the territory of Ognjen's crosshair, again proving it is triggerbot. IN EVERY POV OF HIS THIS IS THE CASE.
For now I will stop here, if it's not enough I will continue to report with new evidence until an obvious cheater like this gets banned once and for all.

- Brain processes the target ~40–60 ms
- Hand movement + mouse click ~40–80 ms
- Fastest realistic shot reaction in a game: ~150–200 ms
