Life Story :
Growing up in Los Santos taught Rafid a lot of things. From early age Rafid started living alone, Despite having generational wealth Rafid chose live in a small house in ghetto and joined the local gang to develop his survival instincts. Everyday ghetto taught Rafid new lessons, new people to work with and soon he built strong connections with the rulers of underworld. Rafid had already outgrown the street gangs that once tried to recruit him. In a very short time Rafid got famous for his exceptional tactics and shooting skills. But faith didn't favour him for much longer as his influence grew the same people who once respected him began to fear him. All his close friends and underworld rulers gathered up just to get him down. He survived multiple murder attempts but all these things really affected his mental health, He distanced himself from all the people he knew . One night while sitting alone at pier he thought to remove his identity from the streets of ghetto and leave it forever. But in his mind he knew nothing lasts for forever his past is gonna call up on him again. To public Rafid became a ghost the kind of person blamed for everything but never actually seen. Rafid saw FIB agents were able to go band for band with the active gangs and something clicked in his head. He slipped the right hands a few bills and earned his spot in the FIB.
Career Story :
Slipping some bills into the right hand got him the spot in FIB but that's not what he was looking for. Due to FIB commands routine checkup for corruption those bills couldn't get Rafid the spot he wanted in FIB. He could feel his skills would make waves in the FIB too. His past experience dealing with gangsters and reading their tactics in a way others could never imagine made him famous in FIB as well. FIB's flawless missions were mostly led by Rafid as he was the most sharpest shooter and calm tactician. Soon Rafid made his way to the position he wanted to be. He realised flawless operations felt hollow compared to the pulse of his old life. Rafid started going back to his old house in ghetto back and fourth saw multiple people doing the same crime he used to do and it gave him crazy adrenaline rush. His old identity was removed but the blood was same looking at the crimes in ghetto which he used to do on regular basis he couldn't hold himself back. He started committing crimes while being part of FIB and it gave him the idea to torture the people who once betrayed him. Rafid started looking for those people and when Rafid found them, he made sure they remembered the encounter for the rest of their lives., even tho money was never a thing to Rafid the bribes became his shield, no one ever guessed who he was they only knew they’d been dealt a bad hand. Soon enough Rafid started enjoying what he was doing and it became a part of his life.
Outcomes :
1. Rafid can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal/pickpocket stuff as bribe).
2. Rafid will do anything possible to help his family and close friends. Release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them escape.
3. Rafid can torture/interrogate for information or use truth serum to get true information (using the /try command twice per situation).
4. Rafid can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
5. Rafid can break IC laws and able to use his position in FIB.
6. Rafid can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
7. Rafid is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
8. Rafid can cuff other LEOs and break their bodycams to avoid getting caught. ( no targeting or PG)
9. Rafid can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19).
10. Rafid can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
