Rejected Demorgan for CR | Sergio Saint

Hello dear admins, this is my first appeal thread so there might be some mistakes. As you can see in the video I linked, I did not hit that vehicle. Most likely, due to lag either on the server or with my internet, it looked like I crashed into the helicopter in-game. However, that pickup cannot both crash and suddenly reach that speed at the same time. In the recording it’s not even clearly visible that I touched it, yet I was punished with 2 hours of demorgan.
Honestly, I’m still laughing because I got punished due to server lag. I tried to explain this to Sergio, but he insisted and dismissed what I said. This situation really bothered me. Waiting 2 hours in demorgan for no reason made me lose motivation to play the game.
By the time you see this thread, I will probably already be out of jail. I opened this forum post mainly so that admins can be more careful when giving punishments, because unnecessary punishments like this can really make players lose interest in the game.

As stated in tickets, this forum was originally posted against your ID for multiple car ramming situations if the same individual. It was rejected due to all of the instances being in one video, and we just need one evidence to punish. Please do not break rules in the future as it’ll keep you out of trouble within the city!

I don’t understand which video you’re talking about, Diego. I haven’t been punished for car ramming for quite a long time. Anyway, I’m not trying to make an appeal. I only opened the thread so that punishments could be handled more carefully. Besides, there’s no need for an appeal anymore since I’ve already served the jail time and got out a while ago.
