Ogi Schwarz " is a seasoned individual with a checkered past. Born into a life of poverty and hardship, Ogi grew up witnessing the corrupt underbelly of society firsthand. Ogi is so much addicted to drugs that he always takes drugs as he was in underworld. After a couple of months his id was still hidden he was liking the job of LSPD and his family was so much resepcted in the community of the socitey. Ogi then was depperesed and wanted to leave LSPD then his friend gives him some drugs and tell him to stay in LSPD and be corrupt and be hidden to them and pass us the info that he got. Ogi decided to use his position in the LSPD to take part in corrupt activities which would help him not only to further his career but to also become financially stable.

2- Ogi can remove criminal record from criminals (100k)
3- Ogi can Use , Sell or Buy illegal weapons and drugs (on duty or off duty)
