Please allow me to explain my situation in detail. I have been subjected to a great injustice. I submitted a form yesterday, and Mr. Bobby's response was that, according to Article 1.2, "Player is fully responsible for his account. The administration of Grand Role Play does not bear responsibility for your own account. When access to account is lost (e.g., being hacked), your account will face the same penalties." I will bear the consequences, and this is true if there was negligence on my part or a breach of my computer, which will never happen for several reasons that I will explain in points:
1- My device is clean of any viruses or backdoor hacking tools.(ready for scanning).
2- My account is linked to two-factor authentication, which is linked to the random number on my phone. (ready for scanning).
3- The person or people who carried out this operation have permission from within the server to disable two-factor authentication somehow.
4- I am a Debate in my family at rank 9, and no one below this rank can withdraw funds from the family balance. Furthermore, I cannot grant withdrawal permissions to any family member through the family settings from the leader. Despite this, player 57340 was added, as shown in the POV, and given withdrawal permissions.
5- The individuals withdrew approximately one billion, and then the admin blacklisted my account (whether he was monitoring them and waiting for them to withdraw the funds, I don't know). Note that the account breach was not reported, so I hope an investigation will be opened with the admin's prior knowledge. In this event, where over 800 players are online,
I hope this matter will be investigated, my account unbanned, and the money we worked so hard to accumulate—money spent on purchasing Grand Coins and buying and selling within the server—will be returned.
