I received a ban through the forum, but the staff member who banned me, Arpit Negi, claimed that I was using an illegal redux. However, I strongly deny this. The only thing I use is an FPS boost, and there is nothing that provides any advantage or affects the core gameplay or player mechanics.
I kindly ask for my case to be reviewed again in detail. If necessary, I am willing to provide a PC check regarding the redux.
If it has been decided from your side that the redux I used is considered illegal, I would like to sincerely apologize. I can honestly say that I only downloaded it from the internet because it was labeled as a “legal FPS redux”, and my only intention was to improve performance.
I know that sometimes players may unintentionally make small rule violations, and if I have made any mistake unknowingly, I am truly sorry. However, using a redux that gives an unfair advantage is something I never intended to do.
I would also like to mention that the birthday Battle Pass event that is currently active is really great, and I would really like to play and progress in it. Waiting for 30 days is very difficult for me, and I sincerely apologize for this situation.
Therefore, I kindly ask you to reconsider my case. If it is not possible to remove the ban completely, would it be possible to at least reduce the duration of the ban?
