2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
FIB has been trashed by months or years of incompitent leadership and that will change, The next term which will continue from my current temp leadership will bring back some life to the state life. State has been challenged for months and we will change this will the help of the FIB curators and senior state.
I have done many roles in the server, from SAHP leader, to current FIB leader, Gang deputy and another higher role
, I have uilt a wealth of knoledge together my my deputy Donna Hill. Donna comes with a wealth of expirence from many times Deputy director, and just about every other role in server. he as well has a signifcant role in the skies where he built a huge wealth of knoledge with how players enjoy the server. Donna spent many months as the FIB curator and deeply understands what FIB needs to strive for the best.My other Dpeuty Chevi Odds Is a former LSPD Chief and also got a wealth of expirence in the state, I have personally known Chevi since 2022 and am confident he will bring alot of intergrity to the org!
Jay Jodd will return to assist UnderCover opterations, Organising DeepUC and the more complex side of UC operation. Jay is a former Director with a very succsesfull 2 terms!
I have already secured 3 Former FIB directors to join the organistion should I win to bring a whole load more expirence into the same team all with the same dream of returning FIB to the top! We will lead from the top, I will lead from the front and FIB will leader law enforcement with an iron fist!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
With the current state of FIB. things must change and for the better. My Return will be a return of many Old legends of FIB and wil rebuild FIB to its former Glory.
Witht the hope of changes to the current Raid requriments things have changed to close to impossible to carry out a signifacnt amount of raids.
Once rules has been relaxed raids will return, casefiles will be returned and the fierce FIB will be back.
Agents will no longer get ranks based of freindships, if agents are shit they wont get promoted and its that simple.
Corruption will be a no-no, IA is and will be a team not to mess with, if IA are getting on your case you will be scared. With vehicles being searched, Agents being Searched, Logs getting checked etc.
All agents will be supported 100% by our in-house federal attorneys if they carried out the duties in good faith, The organsation will pay to defend the agents which provide their hours to FIB, a strogn team not to be broken.
We will build solid contacts with fellow LEO orgs, if they require support, advise or resources they will be welcome to request FIB support, And I commit to supporting them.
