2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1.I have been in this server for a time and I really know how gangs works . I understand the rules and blood street gang stuff . I know how to keep the gang events fun and make people enjoy being in the gang fun instead of just giving them burden on their heads to attend events etc . My experience helps me guide members and makes it the best gang again .
2.2.As a leader I will make sure every member of my gang follow every server rule also i have held good position in the legal side of state , i have good experience there too in leading situations so it will help to expand my gang more and more by knowing legal side weekenes and using them as a strength for the blood street gang .
2.3.I have been the part of crime side of city from long time , been bunta leader before ( in 2024 ) and almost 20+ times deputy for turfs and i feel like there is something this gang is missing from various past terms which can only be fixed by becoming the leader of bloods street gang and make it the most active gang of city again.
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.
3.1. I will make sure Members who attend every possible event will get maximum bonuses ; if needed, I will give bonuses from my money too , to encourage them to attend more number of events.
3.2. My second Advice for Improving Roleplay is Making Good High Commands and select good experienced deputy so that new people and unexeperienced people in city don't face any problem in gang .
3.3. I will make sure every new player will learn how roleplay works , how to rob , how to lead a event etc. so that there will be no rulebreaks and a good quality of roleplay.
