Hello Administration Team,
I would like to respectfully appeal the punishment that I received for Car Ramming in the report I created against three players.
I would like to explain the full situation from the beginning.
When I arrived at the service station, it was busy and those players were occupying the spot. I honked once to let them know I was waiting. They replied that it would take time, so I waited around 1 to 2 minutes. After waiting, I honked again and they told me to go to another service station because there are many in the city.
After that, they exited the service station, and when I entered, there was a very small accidental collision with one of the players. As shown in the video evidence, it was a minor contact and not intentional.
While I was inside the service station modifying my car, one of those players started ramming my car repeatedly from behind. After finishing the modification, when I exited the service station there was another small collision due to a game stutter/lag, again clearly visible in the video.
When I started leaving the area, one of the players began car ramming me multiple times (around 5–6 times) and then drove away.
Because of this behavior I created a forum report against them. They already received punishment for FL and CR, but the mixing punishment is still pending, as they were using the word “Discord” in RP.
However, I was also punished for Car Ramming, even though the collisions from my side were unintentional and caused by entering/exiting the service station or game stutter, not deliberate ramming.
I respectfully request the administration to review the evidence again, as I did not intentionally ram anyone.
