Rejected Pov Req + Possible Cheats | 111668

Hello dear admin,
As you can see from my POV, the suspect ID 111668 was not taking any damage from my shots and it can maybe show us possible cheating. I want to see his pov how he didnt take any damage. 4*48 damage dealed to him without he was not wearing any body armour.
