Life Story:
Andrew was born in the USA, in the state of Georgia. He later moved to Europe as soon as he became an adult. He decided to start making his own money and got a job at a local restaurant, where there was little fairness and a lot of favoritism.
Andrew often had problems with his salary because he was not officially in Europe and did not have citizenship there. In many cases, his salary was not fully paid, and sometimes even half of it was withheld.
He developed anger issues while working there. His manager often made him do things he wasn’t supposed to do, and he had no choice but to comply or risk getting fired.
After living in Europe and working for ten years, he got used to the city he was living in and became familiar with the laws. Eventually, he decided to join the local police department.
Career Story:
Andrew joined the police department and began focusing on his training, hoping for a fresh start. However, he soon encountered a corrupt and unprofessional HR department. On Andrew’s second day after being hired, he was supposed to begin training with HR. Instead, one of the HR employees dragged him into a vehicle, put a bag over his head, and took him to an unknown location.
They robbed Andrew without mercy and stole all of his savings.
That was the moment Andrew’s life changed. After ten years of hard work without skipping a single day, he was robbed in the place where he expected to feel the safest. Feeling betrayed and hopeless, Andrew decided to take revenge on people who commit crimes and recover his money by robbing them.
Outcomes:
1- Andrew can take bribes (cash up to 100k, ammo/guns/illegal items)
2- Andrew is free to set people free if they are his friends or with bribes
3- Andrew can search for bodycams and smash them with RP commands to suspect and leos. (/try searches for bodycam) - twice per situation and (/do breaks bodycam)
4- Andrew can torture and/or kill 10-15s if they refuse to give him money or their guns/illegal items/ammo.
5- Andrew can leak information to criminals in exchange for money (not more than 100k) or favours. (Without using OOC information)
6- Andrew can disrespect or shout to his colleagues like gang members to each other ( without breaking GR 6.10 or 6.19)
7- Andrew can remove people from wanted list or clear their history. (with IC reason)
