Life Story:
Mar Hollow was the 6th child of a poor family in Los Santos and unfortunately, he was unaccepted in the family and abandoned by his mother in a dump. Therefore, he started eating lots bad foods and began to grow up unhappy. Then at the age of 6, he saw a 3 years old kid like him drinking soup on the ground and crying. Mar Hollow knew how to speak english because he was living on the streets and heard people speaking english a lot, so he had learned how to speak english and was able to speak english with that 6 years old kid. Once he called out that kid, kid scared and instantly stood up, said that his name is Runaan and asked Mar Hollow his name. Mar Hollow started thinking, he didnt know his name and named himself Mar Hollow, then told the kid that his name is Mar Hollow. Kid asked Mar Hollow "Are you hungry?", Mar Hollow said "Yes." and kid let Mar drink a little bit soup. They grew up together and Runaan got Mar Hollows surname and was Runaan Hollow from that moment on. They wanted to have fun at amusement park and suddenly, Mar Hollow turned back and saw his friend Runaan Hollow lying on the ground, everything was changed and Runaan said something... "Take my revenge brother." Mar Hollow wanted to take his revenge by arresting them but always felt of bloody revenge.
Career Story:
Mar hollow cried a lot, didnt know what to do properly and thought about those murderers, one of them was blue-eyed and the other one was curly-haired, he could recognize them easily if he could see them. He went home by crying and sat on the chair, looking at TV. Suddenly, he saw men who killed Runaan Hollow in the news of TV and Mar instantly spoke to a familiar FIB HR Bayram Hollow, Bayram Hollow talked with the leader of FIB about Runaan and told him that Mar Hollow would be the best option for those murderers. Mar Hollow joined FIB and spent almost 1 year to find those murderers and eventually, he found them. He instantly used his stun gun and shot them with it, placed them in helicopter but this time, he changed his mind and wanted to take revenge by forcing them to give him some items and money and brought them to an island, took them out the car and told them to give him illegal items except org gear, they didnt give and Mar unfortunately had to arrest them with 5 star. Mar realized that there is a lot of money on this corruption and wanted to continue like this.
Outcomes:
1. Mar can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands. ( with a RP reason )
2. Mar can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
3. Mar can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Mar can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
5. Mar can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Mar can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Mar can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8. Mar can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
