I don't know why I got banned for GR 1.1. I didn't share my account with anyone. It's my own account.

I am coming back to the game after 2-3 years, so I don't know if this account is my twink or main account. I made a forum request about account recovery and I got rejected because I need to know the ID, but I don't know the ID, I only know the email address. So this is the problem.
