As you can see in the POV, he was AFK and continuously doing the gym activity until I complained and stood there. This falls under GR 4.1, as he was clearly using a gym bot.

This is not a valid proof for GR4.1. If you don't move for a bit, you get in the sleeping mode but still use gym etc.​
