My account was permanently banned for cheats, and my IP was also banned.
I did not intentionally use any cheats. I stopped playing Grand RP for about 1–1.5 years, and when I logged in again recently, I saw that my account was banned.
This may have been an automatic mistake because my account was inactive for a long time.
I already contacted support in another section, but my thread was closed and I was told to post here.
I kindly ask you to review my account again and remove the ban if possible.
I want to continue playing fairly.
