While on patrol, we located a suspect named Leah Lopez, whom we intended to arrest. Upon first contact with the player, they immediately decided to “head pop”. We were able to confirm it was the same individual, as they were clearly marked and alone. Again, upon second contact, they chose to head pop in order to evade arrest. I have footage of both instances below.
