A random player rammed me with his car and I fell off my motorcycle. I got up to pick up my motorcycle, and without any interaction or RP situation, he pulled out a weapon and shot me.

He did not speak to me at all and did not give me any warning or “5 seconds to leave.” There was no prior conflict or reason for this action, which I believe is RDM according to the server rules.
