I do not mean to question or belittle the officials’ decisions or abilities. On the contrary, I fully respect them and accept the situation with an open heart. I acknowledge that I made a mistake, and I sincerely apologize for it.


I kindly hope that the respected officials might consider helping me if there is any possibility to lift the ban on my account or at least reduce its duration. This is the first mistake I have made in the city, and I promise that I will not repeat it or break any rules in the future.
