Hello Admin,
Yesterday my account was banned for GR 1.3, and I sincerely apologize for the mistake. While listing an item, I accidentally added one extra zero in the price. It was an unintentional mistake and I had no intention of breaking the rules or exploiting anything.
At that time, it was my first time renting a stall, and I did not know that even an accidental wrong price could lead to a ban. After listing the item, I went to my bunker to insert batteries and also went home to take some items, so I was away for around 10–15 minutes. I had also left my phone number on the stall, so if my intention was to scam or commit fraud, I would not have left my contact number there. When I came back and checked the stall, I noticed the price was much higher because of the extra zero I accidentally added, and I immediately corrected it back to the normal price.
I would also like to mention that I have never been banned before and I have never made a mistake like this in the past.
I always try my best to follow the server rules.
Yesterday I also created a thread, but it received a warning. I believe I may have posted it incorrectly because I was in a hurry and at that moment I did not realize what my actual mistake was.
I truly enjoy playing on this server and respect all the rules. This was an honest mistake and it will not happen again in the future.
I kindly request you to please review my ban and consider giving me another chance with an unban. If an unban is not possible, I humbly request you to please consider.
