Dear Admin who is taking this forum I am chupapi also known as chupa I wanted to ask if in the future like 1 year can i be a leader or admin as i have learned my lesson i dont break rules now that much i just want a chance to prove myself that i can also be a good leader. I really request to not be permanently blacklisted i can wait years if possible please gimme a chance
