I would first like to start of by saying that i received the punishment 4 days ago but i was unable to make a forum appealing the warn earlier because my forum account was banned for offtopic.
Secondly i would like to say that i am not complaining about the admins punishment because i feel that it was correct but i am appealing this warn because i did not purposefully rdm the people and because of a bug i was unable to prove it.
In this report you can see what happened:
I am appealing this warning for rdm because of the following reasons:
- I gave demands for them to leave the area (My mic in game was turned on for a few seconds which proves i did give demands) but unfortunately they could not hear me
-In my pov you could not hear me give the demands, the reason for this is that i am using NVIDEA to clip my pov's and for some reason it switched to a different input instead of my mic which is why you could not hear the demands.
-In the report i linked above you can see in a pov that i spammed my F8 muscle a lot of times to make sure i am audible in game and i also turned my push to talk on in the NVIDEA control panel so that you can hear me in the pov (I was not aware that the mic input changed)
-Also in my pov the guy shot me first even though he could not hear my demands and he did not give any demands either. this shows that he RDM'd me instead and i shot because i had an rp reason to shoot since he shot me first.
I am aware that pov's are invalid when they have no audio which is why i got punished in the first place but i would like for whoever is reviewing this to understand that i did not intentionally rdm, the proof of that is in the pov's i provided in the other report that i linked above.
