1. Leader of LifeInvader.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- LifeInvader is one of the most saught after and crucial organizations in the city, and taking its leadership is a dream!
Since I joined the city, I have worked with multiple organizations, but have not enjoyed any of them any where near as much as I have Lifeinvader, from the presence of the org, to the people helping to keep the work flowing every day is just amazing!.
- Having worked my way from ADs intern to Head Director, I genuinely think I have the ability and knowledge to motivate, change and create a significant impact within the organisation internally as well as its presence within the city itself and make it the best that it has ever been.
- I have joined multiple other organisations in the past, such as EMS and gangs, but none other feel like home quite like LifeInvader does. I want to put any skills that I have into making it better and continuing the work of previous leaders to further ameliorate the LI experience for all new members and citizens.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) Firstly i want to introude new events into the city to make it more enjoyable for the citizens as well as try and bring more interactions between LifeInvader and other organisations!
2) I want to run a strict but fun policy within the organisation. Mistakes happen and we all understand that, and there will always be punishments for them, but my main goal would to to ensure that any mistakes are learnt from and do not get repeated! As for the fun side i would aim to host internal events multiple times a week for the invaders to be able to have some fun as well as working!
3) I would like to create a better relationship between our news team and the LEO organisations in the city so that we would be able to get as much coverage for things that are going on to be able to keep the citizens of Los Santos up to date with everything!
4) My main goal as leader would be to improve the ADs department as much as possible, from ensuring that we have more employees available thoughout the day and night ensuring that ADs are posted promptly and correctly, to making sure that all employees have any assistance that they would need to ensure that they are doing so flawlessly!
