2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) Firstly i want to be leader of Vagos is, i think Vagos can do much better under my leadership, as I'm having experience in almost every gang as a Member and a High Command , i personally know what kinds of conflicts happens in the gang and how bad they can be if we didn't solve it properly, I'll personally lookout in the Gang matters and try my best to solve them, Toxicity and Favoritism will be strictly prohibited, who ever is doing such things will be blacklisted in my term as things will ruin Roleplay.
2) As we know Ghetto is an important place for gangsters and Currently, gang member activities are minimal, and I will recruit more active members based on their time zones. I will make sure that every member respects each other regardless of their rank.In my leadership, there will be no favoritism. The Ranks will be assigned according to their activities throughout the term.
3)I know Gang is very hard to run but I believe in myself and my deputies that we can run this org with less warnings and verbal and we will make it most active gang than previous terms.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Toxicity will be strictly prohibited.
2) Reward for hardwork and activity will be given.
3)Power abuse won't be entertained.
4) Making new players interactive in events like FZ and store robberies by making them learn rules side by side.
5) Regular bonuses will be given to maintain the interests of gang members.
6)Only experienced and devoted High commands will be there.
