I received a POV request at 02:31. At that time, I was already asleep, so of course I didn’t notice it. When I woke up, I went to work like normal. What I didn’t know was that I had a POV request with only 6 hours left to submit the POV.

I was at work, and when I got back home, I started playing and then checked the forum. That’s when I saw that I had received a POV request. I immediately prepared everything, played one informal match, and uploaded the POV right after.

While I was doing that i tapped ingame, and my account got banned at the same time i was posting the POV “No POV” The ticket wasn’t closed at that time, so I thought I still had enough time to upload the POV.

I don’t understand how I’m supposed to provide a POV within 6 hours when the request is posted at night while I’m sleeping, and I also have over 6 hours of work during the day.

I hope I was able to explain myself well. (You can see I even uploaded my POV before the ticket was closed.)
