Dear Admin Team,
My account was banned for a reason I am hoping to get clarity on. I was trying to log into my account, entered the wrong password, and after a while, the ban appeared. I haven't played since then, but I would like to know the specific reason for the ban and request a second chance. If by any chance its because i used multiple ip address for playing this game or multiple device because i have 2 laptops one i used to play on before was acer nitro v and later i bought acer nitro v15 because game used to lag on my older laptop which was using gtx 1050 card.
