Approved Rdm , Mk ,Shooting in city | 61579

Player with ID 61579 chased me for no valid reason. I was heading towards the police station and did not provoke him in any way. Despite being in a Green Zone, he killed me without any RP interaction.
This is a clear violation of server rules (RDM + Green Zone violation).
I kindly request that this situation be reviewed. Evidence is attached.
