I understand that my previous appeal was rejected, and I respect your decision. However, I would like to kindly request a second review, as I am still unclear about the exact reason behind my ban under GR 1.1 and GR 1.2.
From my understanding, the issue may have been related to my IP address changes. I recently moved between Pakistan and the UAE and then returned to Pakistan, which may have caused my IP to change multiple times. I want to assure you that I have not intentionally violated any rules.
If there is a specific action or behavior that led to the ban, I would greatly appreciate it if you could clarify it for me so I can understand and avoid such issues in the future.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and respectfully ask if you could reconsider my case. I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any information if needed.
