I would like to appeal the punishment I received for Fear RP, as I believe it was given incorrectly based on the situation.
The incident happened at the RP Factory location. The event start time was 10:30, but we were killed at around 10:24, which falls within the restricted time before the event. As per the rules, no player is allowed to kill, rob, or engage in such actions 10 minutes before the event starts, during the event, or 5 minutes after it ends.
At that time, we were simply waiting for the event to begin. There was no proper RP interaction from the opposing players—they did not give any demands or create a valid RP situation. Also, we had more players present at the location, and since it was an event zone, the Fear RP punishment does not seem applicable in this context.
Additionally, I was in Discord only to communicate with my team regarding the event. No external calls or unfair advantage was used during the situation.
I believe the players who killed us before the event should have been punished under Event Rule 1.2, instead of the rule that was applied. Therefore, I kindly request you to review the situation again and reconsider my punishment.
