After a wonderful summer vacation, she was returning home to Los Santos with her family. Everyone was having fun in the car, with her father driving. Unexpectedly, the car collided with a truck. After the burial, she underwent some physical therapy. During this time, she lived with her grandparents.

Jessica was so well-camouflaged that no one suspected her of doing these things, and at the height of her career, she was both engaging in illegal activities and playing the role of a good soldier.
She began her career in the National Guard as a Master Corporal and became Chief Warrant Officer six months later. Her successful operations contributed to her promotion to Major General.
