So i was Shooting Npc in HQ, For Shooting Skills which admin told me in tickets that its allowed to Shoot Npc for this Reason, But you cant kill someone without Demands, So yeah i was shooting Npc one Guy thought i was shooting him, i keep shooting at the Floor that im Not shooting you, But when i was almost dead i try to say on the Rp Chat that im Not Shooting you but he killed me, and im Shooting Npc all the Day and i Dont shoot anyone while shooting Npc.
