Approved Fail RP + GR 6.23 | 105327

I was following a vehicle to steal it within a proper RP scenario and used engine block to stop it and interact with the driver. However, the player performed an unrealistic action, making the vehicle disappear without explanation, which is clear Fail RP and breaks the scenario.
This is not the first time I see this behavior, and i strongly suspect exploit or (bug abuse) to escape RP situations.
Additionally, the player insulted me using offensive language.

and as you can see in his POV the situation hadn't started yet and he gives me Block Engine even though he isn't even sure that that is the car and it doesn't matter that he had that car scanner because if we start following people for bounty the scanner shows where he is but we aren't allowed to kill him until we know for sure
