The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
LSEMS have recently obtained a new experimental machine that gives a full precise scan of the body and it can identify future illnesses and if any long term problems to do with the human body may occur. The governor has invested in this new medical breakthrough since day 1 and has signed up to be the first patient to try it. The company building the experiential machine suffered a severe cyber attack and the data has been sold to some unknown criminals. The criminals know when the machine is arriving, when the first test starts and who the first patient is... the governor. The equipment is being delivered to the hospital in strawberry or in other words the ghetto due to the size of the hospital and ease of access along with costs. The gangs have placed a bounty on the governors head for $1,000,000. they also want to take control of the hospital and take control of the equipment for black market use. The FIB has detected the data breach and who has the data. They are preparing for a full assault from all sides along with all other departments.
Role of Each Organization Involved: All organisations will defend the governor all the way from his arrival via car to extraction via helicopter. EMS will be needed to do the RP for the machine with the governor. The examination will take 10 minutes so they have to hold out that long.
Other organizations involved: Gangs, all state orgs, the whole city via state wave.
Admin Requirements: If the governor is killed deposit the money to the person who kills him.
How is the event won?: If the governor is killed then the killer receives the bounty money. If the governor survives the 10 mins at the hospital and gets extracted each LEO org will get 25 million deposited to there balance.
Prize for the winner: $1m for the person who kills the governor. 25 mill each for state orgs if they win.
