Rejected GR6.4+ UB demand| 230889

Hello
i went to sahp hq to join but teir was no one so i got to reception to call sahp one guy came and i told i wanna join then he see my passsport and liceses and take me to interview room and i told him that i dont have sahp mails beacuse i shifted to city 2 from city 3 .
He said me dont do mg and i told him i am not doing mg city is not mg ,if i say en so it is mg. Afterthat he just rejected me just because i was telling him rules and started ignoring me( break rule GR6.4) and when i go out of the hq and his hc come i went inside again and started telling the whole situation.
He started giving me demand without any situation/reason( did ub demand)....
I hope he will get punishment
