   1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
   2.1: I want to become leader of vagos because When put my step in the city of crime there were so many gangs to join but I personally like vagos gang more so when i join vagos I attend so much event and get experiences of all events. I spend a lot time in vagos and due to my activity i got opportunity of deputy in vagos and after getting that much experience in vagos. So I decided to apply for gang leadership. 2.2: In every organization maximum leaders supports favoritism and this is not good for gangs organization so firstly i will not support favoritism which will effect organization. When I join vagos i feel so much inactivity then other crime organization so secondly i will bring maximum members in Vagos so their will be no inactivity in vagos. Thirdly I will attend events with maximum members. 2.3: I will try to give maximum bonuses to every member of organization so they will work more hard to dominate ghetto. I will make fear of vagos in every state organization so they will think hundred times patrol in city or highway. If i lead this gang, the whole city move with my silence.
