Life Story:
Runaan was the 2nd kid of a wealth family in the city of Culiacán/Mexico. He did not grow well because at such a young age, he saw many things he shouldnt have seen. His father was murdered in front of him by cartels and his house had been robbed and burned. At the age of 15, his mother passed away due to sadness and poverty after the house had been robbed, so Runaan and his cancer brother Mar Hollow were homeless with no parent. Mar Hollow couldnt work due to his serious illnesses so Runaan had to look after him and work but he could also not work because Runaan also suffered from muscular dystrophy and was unable to do any work so he decided to take on simple but risky jobs like drug trafficking. He was was very good in chemistry class and always came first before his mother passed away so he started producing his own drugs but there was a problem. In his town, there were lots of kinds of drugs and he could not have a chance to sell any kind of drugs due to cartels so at the age of 19, he illegally emigrated to the city of Los Santos in United States of America and started living there with his cancer brother. He started drug trafficking there and made a lot of money and bought a good house. One day following a 911 call, high ranking commander and special forces under his command apprehended Runaan at his home and took him to a secret cave where they began to speak with him. They did not arrest him but they made a deal with him. The entire team consisted of corrupts were impressed by Runaans abilities and wanted him on their side. He would either join them or be arrested and Runaan chose to stay with them and joined the National Guard.
Career Story:
Runaan was a clever person and along with many members of his team, often took part in corruption. He was making good money in corruption things and trying to make a lot of money for his brother Mar Hollows recovery. He got new friends in gangs and he was always striking deals with gangs for unlocking NG trucks to get it stolen by gangs and he was pretty good at these things. After a long time, he made a lot of money and spent all his money for the recovery of Mar Hollow and he succeeded, Mar Hollow was healed and he also joined National Guard to help Runaan for corruption. They had very good time in National Guard and never been arrested due to corruption.
Outcomes:
1. Runaan can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands. (with a RP reason) (No RDM)
2. Runaan can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
3. Runaan can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Runaan can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
5. Runaan can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Runaan can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Runaan can let suspects go free and can also aid them in escaping if they give bribe.
8. Runaan can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
